Hey everyone. Here's my take on Scrap Our Stash's June stash challenge. The challenge was to create a layout and use an item from your stash for each letter in the word brads. I used the following:
B- boys, brown and bow (hemp)
R- rose and rolled up paper edges
A- Antique Linen distress stain and ink
D- distressed paper edges and die (used to cut out title)
S- stitching, splatters and Shubenacadie (park where photo was taken)
The photo is of my daughter's boyfriend and her friend's son. Graeme and Baby T hit it off immediately!! They had a ball at the wildlife park. For the background I sprayed some water and distress stain and once dry added some splatters.
The pattern paper and diecuts used were from Crate Paper's 'Open Book' collection. Absolutely LOVE this collection!!!! I think I bought 2 sheets of each pattern. Oops!!
Make sure to check out Scrap Our Stash's blog. Lots of daily inspiration can be found. The sketch used was from Sketchabilities. Thanks for stopping by!!!
