Hey everyone. This week at The Studio Challenges there is a selfie
challenge. I don't know about you,
but I am rarely in any of the layouts
I create. I am usually the one behind the camera (if not stealing
photos off my daughter/niece's phones) so it's nice from time to time to
create a page with me in it. I recently took an on line photography class, and snapped these selfies of myself and faithful companion Beau, while trying out the tips I learned. I used two lines from Carta Bella called 'Let It Snow' and 'Cabin Fever'. For the background I applied watered down distress ink with the packaging technique and allowed some of the ink to drip. I then stamped some snowflakes with the same ink and misted the stamp with some water. I love the effect this creates. I would also like to welcome the newest members of the our design team.
