Hey everyone. Here's my take on
Sketchabilities sketch #126 and the November stash challenge at
Scrap Our Stash. The picture is one of my daughter with her fourth year presentation. Alot of time and hard work went into the project and she did very well with the presentation. Below is the sketch and challenge guidelines.
"Countdown" Stash Challenge:
Create a layout and you must include the specific items and quantities on the list below:
5 ~ Patterned Papers
4 ~ Stickers or Cardstock Stickers
3 ~ Numbers
2 ~ Stamps or Rub ons
1 ~ Paint or mist
**Note you can use more than, but not less than the quantity mentioned of each item.
Each item only counts once..for example if you use numbered
patterned paper, you cannot count it as one of your (5) patterned papers
and as one of your numbers.
You are also allowed to add anything else you desire to complete your layout.
For the 5 pattern papers, I used Prima's 'School Memories Collection'. I used 3 word stickers from My Mind's Eye and alpha and number stickers from Glitz. There are numbers on the wooden ruler (Maya Road), the little trinket pin (Tim Holtz's Ideology), and in the title. I used 2 stamps to make the enjoy the journey label. One stamp for the label and the other for the saying. For the mist, I poured some distress stain in a mini mister and made some drips and splatters. Below are some close ups.
Hope you like it and thanks for stopping by.
