Hey everyone. Happy Easter. I have my take on a word challenge at The Studio Challenges to share with you today. For the challenge you were to use a scrappy item for each letter in the word spring. I used the following items:
S - stencil, stickers, stitching, stars
P - pattern paper, paper clips
R - red
I - ink
N - notebook punch
G - gesso
I used the 'Lil Dude' collection from Simple Stories for this page of my grandson and his Dad. For the background I applied some watered down distress ink with the packaging technique and then added some through a stencil. Splatters were added at the end. Below are some close ups.
